Return & Refund Policy

At Soululu, we pour our energy into creating premium, heavyweight apparel that speaks to your state of mind. Because our collections are produced in limited drops and often made-to-order just for you, all sales are final.

Please review our policy below before completing your purchase.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We currently do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or incorrect sizing.

  • Sizing: To ensure the perfect oversized fit, we highly encourage you to review our detailed Size Guide located on every product page before checking out.

  • Order Modifications: Once an order is placed, it is sent directly to our production team. Because of this, we are unable to cancel or modify orders (including size or address changes) once the checkout process is complete.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Your peace of mind matters to us. While we maintain a strict no-return policy for standard orders, we fully stand behind the quality of our 240 GSM tees.

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, a misprint, or if you receive the completely wrong item, we will make it right.

How to report an issue:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Email us at [debjit.saha97@gmail.com] with the subject line: Defective Item - Order #[Your Order Number].

  • Please include clear, well-lit photos of the defect/damage and the whole garment.

  • Once our team reviews and approves the claim, we will issue a free replacement of the exact same item and size. (Note: We do not offer cash refunds for defective items, only replacements).

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is handed over to our shipping carrier, Soululu is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

4. Failed Deliveries & Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, or because it was unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping fees.
